The sale of a house, In particular in these difficult times, was suppose to be a very stressful process. Our property at 40 Castellon Cres Coogee was the third property that we have sold and the first that we have been involved with yourself and SCOOP. From the first time you walked into our home all your words were converted into actions and the end result was the a very prompt sale of our home, within the expected price range. What we would describe as an excellent result. The first two homes we sold (in much more favourable selling conditions) could at best be described as average at best.
